Mainly during the journalistic work of starting calculations a numerous amount of statistic data can be recorded, of whose nature and amount con be adapted to the user's needs. This implies data of customers, representatives and suppliers as well as such of articles (glass), proceeds accounts or production classes.
If convenient, the following values con be recorded:

· turnovers (in one's own currency)
· expense
· amount of prices
· amount of surfaces
· amount of length
· amount of weight

For customers etc. the data con be sub-classified via production groups in which the depth of the recorded data for production groups can be determined individually for customers in advance:

· only total sums or
· differentiated into first, second or third level of production groups

These values are stored monthly and can stay stored up for many years. That way annual comparisons, comparisons of customers, turnover per piece etc. are possible.

Expecially for glasses the expenditure (amount invoiced and / or used in production) can be recorded.

The evaluation of the total data con be dane for longer periods of time next to basic forms of calendar years.
It is possible e.g. to present data of two or more customers simultaneously and desired relations between the data can be made:

· The turnover of a customer can be related in percent to the total turnover of the user.
· It would also be possible to form the relation turnover of a customer to square meters.

Beloynd this, so-called ABC analyses about all customers are possible.
