registering of offers and orders

Under the heading "orders" microGlas-6 deals with actual orders as well as offers, complaints, credit notes, cash purchase, etc. These forms of orders are differentiated throught certain characteristics which controls the buisness processes at last. Working with number circles can also be made ppossible if wished for.
As a first step of registering the order number is awarded automatically and the order is assigned to a customer. The selection is made via a customer number o0r a short name (matching code). After that the desired delivery date is registered and, if need be, coordinatedwith the tours already planned. Aditionally, customers' references, delivery and packaing notes are recorded.

If the above mentioned main data of orders are complete , the registering of the order positions are started. Doing so, emphasis is primarily put on the selection of the respective articles and the stating of the disired amount. Furthermore, any number of commissions and texts can be added in between, in which the commissionhas got 30 digits and the text 60 digits.
Additionally, it is possible to register special positions without reference to the text (free positions=). Dealing wi9th glass articles, the measurements (width and height) as well as the types of glass being used are assked for (the latter derive primarily from the base of articles and can be varied).
Dealing with glass articles processings like shape cuttings, the integratiopn of bars, edge cuttings, etc. can be added to the positions. For completly recorded positions prices ans costs inclusding all customers' conditions are calculated automatically.
Additionally and for each position the way of obtaining,

· purchase,

· our own production

are obtained. Furthermore, the main data of the articles and its processing are included from technical characterristics

Some ways of processing like shapes or the division of bars can only be determined clearly via graphical presentations. That is the why in such cases we branch into our microCAD and include the necessary parameters (additional measurements etc.) true to scale. Such registrated kinds of processing can be presented true to scale again within the frame of printing out forms and move along into the generating of shape cutting codes.

After the registrationof all positions the order is terminated. Doing so, the totals of amount and weight are created among other aspects, the initial status of the order (depending on its type) is determined and if need be, a toour planning is done.
To check the order a print out can be started which presents the order as well as the offer or a confirmation of the order. The fact that this is a single form of its own, it is also possible to print out additional data.
Offers can be converted into orders easily

Beyond these functions, orders / offers can be dublicated and via a special definitional template can be varied systematically concerning the technical components as well as its price position.
