Within the frame of administrating customers, for each customer, supplier and representative a main set of data as well as numerous amount of sub-data can be administered:
· discounts according to specified products
· sub-addresses (addresses for delivery or addresses of branches etc.)
· prices for specified customers (as in the administration of articles)
· person to talk to at the customer's, of need be differentiated according to sub-addresses
· marketing data about customers

A customer is identified clearly via a six digital (numerical) customer's number.
As a matching code (search criteria) a sixteen digital short name exists, but it is also possible to search for the actual name or postal code.
Via a special password customers, suppliers and representatives (if need be with their own cicle of numbers) are differentiated from one another. Along with each customer's data in the data base, a so-called data of comment with free text can be added.
In addition to the data of addresses, conditions of payment, credit limits, VAT No., primary banking arrangements, language reference, etc. are stored.
Customers can be filed under a certain category of customers, in which less extensive definitions in the area of price agreements are often reached.
