Within the frame of administering price lists (especially the processing of glass) the main data of price lists are administered with links to price matrixes and prices surchanges. In addition to those links, the minimum measurements specified for glass, conditions of truncation are administered. The fact that it is possible to refer to the price lists specified for customers, all frame conditions according to a customer are administered individually and in a flexible way. Specified concerning the customer, the surchanges can also contain areas, which in case of unretrievable prices refer back to a general area. The price matrixes are not stored in the data base itself but in a special form which makes a 1-, 2- or 3-dimensional presentation possible.
